Our Process
Step 1: Consultation.
We perform a free cleaning consultation. One of our trained cleaning consultants will meet with you and find out exactly what your cleaning needs are. Our consultant will explain all the services we provide in detail. This will help you understand the options you have.
Step 2:
Evaluation.
Walk-through’s are completed so that you can demonstrate your needs first hand. Visually seeing the property and your desires helps us have a better understanding of the resources necessary to get the job done. Nobody knows your property better than you do!
Step 3: Customization.
We design the perfect customized cleaning program that meets all of your needs and include the services that are important to you. Whether its daily janitorial cleaning, quarterly carpet cleaning or annual pressure cleaning, we can design a custom program that is unique to your property and matches within your fiscal goals.
Step 4:
Quality Control.
Quality control is one way we separate ourselves from the competition. We schedule weekly and monthly quality control meetings to make sure nothing is being overlooked. During these meetings we take the time to discuss every task required of your property and give you time to give us feedback on these tasks. We then examine any area that may need improvement and make the appropriate routine changes and/or additions required. Maintaining quality is our main concern!
